Description

A comprehensive 6-week Training Program covering the key functional areas of a telecommunications operation, which will provide participants with the cross-functional knowledge, skills, tools and techniques to excel in the telecommunications field.

The telecommunications industry is becoming ever more global and competitive. Success in telecom requires an understanding of the main functional areas and adherence to sound business management principles.

The Diploma in Telecommunications Management offers participants an opportunity to learn and practice the business skills relevant to today’s telecommunications industry. Through different learning approaches including lectures, class discussions, individual and team case studies and assignments, presentations and regular testing, the Diploma ensures that participants understand key business practices and how to use them.
